Write About Narcissist In Your Life
Dealing with a narcissistic spouse, partner, family member or friend can be distressing, intimidating and exasperating. As you work with ways of handling the narcissist, first by learning to be calmer and more grounded yourself, by establishing clear boundaries with him or her, there is a creative route---writing. When we are reacting to our negative emotions and the obsessive loop of thought repeats its pattern hundreds, even thousands of times, writing loosens these chronic feeling and thinking knots. Writing without judging is the key. When we write with this attitude, we are open to whatever comes through our body, mind, psyche and spirit. It is surprising to find that we have expressed something that we did not know was there. This is the magic of in-the-moment writing. As we breathe, we write. Inhaling and exhaling, we write. Inhaling, exhaling, writing, we heal. Visit my website:www.thenarcissistinyourlife.com
